Robert Half is working with a market-leading SaaS organisation based in London, looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join their team on an initial 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on projects across Excel, Power BI and AWS to build tools and run reports that answer business needs
  • Analyse data to inform and impact commercial decisions across the business
  • Work closely with the C-suite on reporting and commercial analysis, including pipeline reporting and closed-lost analysis
  • Support board reporting to help steer revenue strategy
  • Apply curiosity and analytical thinking to help identify and solve business problems
  • Partner with Sales, Customer, Marketing and Finance teams to understand data needs and requirements
  • Translate business requirements into deliverables across the tech stack
  • Manage and prioritise ad hoc and ongoing reporting/analysis requests from stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following: AWS (Athena/SQL, Glue, S3, Lambda), Power BI, Excel (advanced)
  • Strong commercial analysis skills, with curiosity and a desire to solve business problems using data
  • Experience working in commercial finance or revenue operations teams
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to follow processes
  • Experience with revenue operations tools such as Salesloft, BoardEx, ZoomInfo, Gong or PlanHat (or similar) is a plus
  • Strong logic and problem-solving skills — able to understand a problem and work through it to find the best solution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and translate needs into requirements
  • Experience in high-growth or post-acquisition scale-up environments would be beneficial
