Data Analyst | £45k–£50k + Bonus | West London | 3 Days a Week in the Office
This is a Data Analyst role in an exciting, fast-paced FTSE company, focused on leveraging cutting-edge data analytics to drive critical business decisions.
About the Role
You'll work closely with core business teams to deliver insights, dashboards, reporting, and analytical projects that directly impact business performance and strategy. This opportunity offers £45k–£50k, including bonus potential*, and is ideal for someone with at least 1.5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.

- Partner with core business areas to understand data, reporting, visualisation, and analytics needs
- Assess and prioritise analytics project requests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
- Deliver analysis and insights to support data-driven decisions
- Provide management and maintenance of dashboards, visualisations, and data sources
- Design and develop analytics solutions to drive business needs
- Recommend effective approaches to solve analytical challenges
- Break projects into tasks, estimate timelines, and identify risks
- Ensure stakeholder engagement and clearly communicate analytical approaches

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in a Data Analyst role
- SQL experience
- Nice to have: Tableau and/or Power BI experience (not essential)
- Hands-on programming/coding experience (via education or industry)
- Experience manipulating datasets and writing technical code
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders across the business
