Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and analytical Finance graduates who are eager to transition into the IT industry as Data Analysts. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and career changers who have a passion for working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting data-driven business decisions.
No prior professional experience is required. Successful candidates will receive structured learning and practical exposure to real-world data analytics projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
- Support the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business performance reports.
- Work with structured datasets using spreadsheets, databases, and business intelligence tools.
- Assist in generating business and financial reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Learn SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other data analytics tools through structured training.
- Document data processes, analysis findings, and project outcomes.
- Participate in real-world analytics projects while developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Stay updated with industry trends, data visualization techniques, and best practices in analytics.

Educational Background
We welcome graduates with degrees such as:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Banking & Finance
- Financial Analysis
- Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
- Economics
- MBA (Finance)
- Business Administration
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Actuarial Sciences
Any other finance, business, or analytical discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in data analysis, business intelligence, and technology.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and modern analytics tools.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Internship, academic project, or research experience is an added advantage.
