The Role
- Be the senior technical owner for media measurement standards, building and embedding a unified framework across ATL, digital, testing, econometrics, and campaign reporting.
- Define KPIs, methodology principles, evidential standards, and confidence thresholds for media performance assessment.
- Design and deliver robust strategic geo-tests and other incrementality experiments to provide credible evidence for growth.
- Lead the technical design of tests from feasibility and market selection to evaluation and recommendation.
- Integrate measurement approaches into a practical framework for investment decision-making.
- Build and develop market-leading measurement capability, leading a team of technical specialists.

What You'll Need
- Deep expertise in experimental design, causal measurement, and statistical analysis, with experience in large-scale media tests, including geo-testing or matched market experiments.
- Strong understanding of media measurement across ATL and digital, including econometrics, testing, and attribution.
- Proven experience developing measurement frameworks, standards, or methodologies.
- Strong technical capability, including managing complex SQL queries and using Python (or equivalent) for data analysis.
- Ability to translate complex measurement outputs into clear, commercially actionable recommendations.
- Experience leading and developing analysts or technical specialists.
