Data Analyst β Digital Transformation

Our client is a fast-growing technology consultancy helping ambitious businesses unlock the value of their data β building smart, practical digital solutions.
They're now looking for a Data Analyst to join their growing team, working directly with clients to turn raw operational and financial data into dashboards, reports, and insights that genuinely change how their businesses run.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that give clients real-time visibility into their operations and finances
- Working with client data β cleaning, structuring, and modelling it to support analytics and decision-making
- Delivering monthly analytics reports and ad-hoc analysis on demand for clients across manufacturing, construction, and engineering sectors
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business and translate requirements into practical data solutions
- Working alongside a small, hands-on team building industry-specific data platforms

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years experience in data analytics
- Comfortable working directly with clients, not just internal stakeholders
- Ability to turn messy, real-world data into clear, actionable insight
- A proactive, practical mindset β this is a business that prides itself on simplicity over complexity
- Experience using AI tools and working on AI transformations
