About this Role
As a Purchase to Pay Data Analyst within our Global Finance Operations team, you will lead the way in transforming complex data into actionable business insights.
Our team takes a customer-centric approach, ensuring our processes are simple, efficient, and transparent for our partners. You'll join a collaborative group that thrives on teamwork, delivering high-quality work while ensuring excellence in compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret Purchase to Pay (P2P) data using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports on purchasing and invoice health.
- Develop and implement data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns within complex Purchase to Pay datasets to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize information needs and simplify complex reporting requirements.
- Maintain data systems while ensuring compliance with global standards on controls and accuracy.
- Effectively communicate findings to guide others in business decision-making.
- Strengthen team cohesion, emphasizing collaboration and hands-on support for colleagues.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving, driving innovation in our finance function.

Required Experience & Skills
- Strong background in Computer Science fundamentals and data structures.
- Proven experience as a Data or Business Analyst, with a drive for excellence through analytical insight.
- Deep knowledge of reporting packages and statistical methodologies for business problems.
- Technical proficiency in:
- SQL
- Tableau
- Workday
- Google/Microsoft applications
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to commit to goals in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of internal and external partnership dynamics to enhance data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver, with a commitment to responsible actions and positive impact.
- Strong teamwork ethos, with the ability to lift up and celebrate colleagues’ contributions.
