WE ARE LANDSEC
We identify and shape places that create opportunity, enhance quality of life, and bring joy to the people connected to them.
This is how we’ve created the UK’s leading portfolio of urban places and one of the largest real estate companies in Europe.
Our £10 billion portfolio is built around premium workplaces, the country’s pre-eminent retail platform, and a residential pipeline that will redefine urban life.
We’ve honed this ability over 80 years. Spotting the opportunities, building the partnerships, and continually adapting to shape the places that meet the needs of a changing world.
Places where life happens. Where businesses grow. And where cities are defined.
LOCATION
This role is based at Victoria, London and offers hybrid working (3 days in the office).
THE TEAM
It’s an exciting time at Landsec for our Data Team. We have a lot to achieve in order to enable the business to achieve its over-arching strategy and objectives – using data as a foundation for the decisions our leaders make. It’s vital that our team has people with the right skills, experience and capability to do that – covering Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Operations and Data Governance.
THE ROLE
We are looking for Data Analysts to work with key stakeholders to ensure that our data and analytics products and capabilities drive and inform the business strategies across Landsec. You will work with all manner of data, including rental income, logistics and operational costs, market research, profit margins, finance operations and brand partner sales.
The successful data analyst will possess an interdisciplinary set of skills across data modelling, data management, data visualisation and data science/statistical analysis. You will have strong hands on skills in SQL and modern data visualisation tools, with the ability to build robust data models and transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
You will have the communication skills required to understand business requirements and translate and present data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will build consensus around a common purpose, actively listen, persuade and network with key stakeholders. You will be curious, with an impulse to seek new information, explore how Landsec works and discover new ways to drive Landsec’s business strategy with data and analytics.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
