About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. As a Data Analyst at Newto Training, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing reports, and presenting findings in a clear and impactful manner. You will work closely with various departments to support business objectives through data-driven solutions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. While prior experience in data analysis is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We welcome applicants with a background in any field who demonstrate curiosity, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI will be beneficial. A degree in a relevant discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics is preferred but not essential if complemented by relevant skills and enthusiasm for data work.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Assist in designing data collection processes and ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, translating complex data into understandable insights.
  • Support ongoing data projects and contribute to the development of data-driven decision-making frameworks.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve analytical skills and knowledge of emerging tools and techniques.
