Our client, a top global organization, is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation programme within financial services. This is an excellent opportunity to work with large-scale customer and policy datasets, delivering data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making across critical business workstreams. As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with programme stakeholders to analyse complex datasets, create meaningful reporting, and provide high-quality insights that support end-to-end programme delivery. You'll also ensure data quality through peer review and collaborate with wider analytics teams to maximise business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer and policy data to support programme objectives.
- Create customer data cohorts using enterprise data platforms and approved tools.
- Produce analytical insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports using modern visualisation tools.
- Collaborate with programme managers and stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform quality assurance of analysis completed by other team members.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and governance standards.
- Work closely with wider analytics teams to ensure consistency and data integrity.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience as a Data Analyst within enterprise environments.
- Excellent SQL skills, including experience with Snowflake.
- Experience working with AWS and GitLab.
- Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating data-driven insights for business stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with QA processes and version-controlled project documentation.
- Understanding of data governance, dependencies, and enterprise analytics.
