Leafe is a fast-growing hospitality technology company helping operators manage compliance, operations, workforce activity, and business performance through one platform.
We are entering an important stage of growth and are preparing to improve our use of product and customer data, and strengthen the way we make strategic decisions. To support this, we are hiring our first dedicated data role to help build the foundations of a data-driven culture across the business.
About the role
You will be responsible for bringing together data from multiple platforms, building reporting and insight capability, and helping the leadership team make better decisions across marketing, product, revenue, retention, and customer growth.
You will work closely with the CTO and engineering team to access, model, analyse, and communicate business-critical data. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can operate independently, turn broad business questions into clear analysis, and present findings in a way that drives action.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Leafe’s data analytics infrastructure and business intelligence dashboards.
- Bring together data from multiple sources, including product, marketing, sales, Firebase / Firestore, Segment, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms.
- Write clean and efficient SQL queries to extract, join, manipulate, and analyse data.
- Translate strategic business questions into clear analytical projects.
- Analyse customer behaviour, product usage, retention, MRR, conversion, and marketing performance.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights across the business.
- Support decision-making around marketing spend, customer acquisition, pricing, retention, and product adoption.
- Improve the quality, consistency, and accessibility of data across the company.
- Build clear dashboards and reports for leadership and operational teams.
- Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Help champion data literacy and a data-driven culture across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
