Data Analyst
Purchase to Pay Data Analyst – Global Finance Operations

Location Flexibility: This role can be based in both Amsterdam and London (hybrid working policy with 3 days in the office).
About the Role
As a Purchase to Pay (P2P) Data Analyst within our Global Finance Operations team, you will lead the way in transforming complex data into actionable business insights. We take a customer-centric approach, ensuring our processes are simple, efficient, and transparent for our partners.
The role focuses on collaboration to deliver high-quality results, helping our global business move quickly while maintaining excellence in compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret P2P data using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports on purchasing and invoice health.
- Develop and implement data collection systems that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns within complex Purchase to Pay datasets, driving operational excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize information needs and simplify complex reporting requirements.
- Maintain data systems while ensuring consistent adherence to global compliance and control standards.
- Effectively communicate findings to guide stakeholders in making informed decisions.
- Support team members by emphasizing collaboration and cross-functional problem-solving.
- Act independently to solve problems, generate new ideas, and help grow the finance function.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals and data structures.
- Proven experience as a Data or Business Analyst with a passion for delivering analytics-driven excellence.
- Deep understanding of reporting packages and statistical methodologies for business applications.
- Technical proficiency in:
- SQL
- Tableau
- Workday
- Google/Microsoft applications
- Analytical mindset with the commitment to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Focus on understanding internal and external partners to improve data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical audiences.
