About You
Do you have an analytical mind and enjoy working with data?

You will be…
- Tech savvy and great with people
- Passionate about data; comfortable analysing, manipulating, visualising, and interpreting large data sets
- Experienced in producing management information (MI) and working with databases
- Proficient in SQL / Python or have an aptitude for other data interrogation or programming languages
- Eager to be part of a trusted team; bringing new ideas and sharing your thoughts with your team and the wider business
- Able to lead at taking high-level ideas, mapping out high-level tech solutions, and turning them into technical data solutions
- Able to understand and consider technical concepts and constraints
- Experienced in software testing and/or user support
- Great at working with different stakeholders including managing external customers’ expectations
A basic understanding of the various Heywood software and solutions as well as internally used systems would be advantageous.

The Role
Working on our Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Visualisation solution, Heywood Insights, you will primarily be working on designing, developing, testing, and rolling out content to our customers using the underlying software, Tableau. This could be core content or working with a specific customer (external or internal) on bespoke requirements.
You may also be required to support implementations of the product to new customers; completing deployments, product configuration, and delivering customer training.
No two days will be the same; working on a variety of tasks providing a fantastic mix between technical and consultancy skills. With the support and expertise of the team around you, from day one you will be working with our customers and our award-winning product set.
