Data Analytics Engineer
Data Analytics Engineer with Excellent AWS Data Skills
A thriving digital agency, in a major 5+ year partnership with a well-known hospitality chain in the UK, is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer with excellent AWS data skills. This role is end to end, so we are looking for someone who is also comfortable with the reporting and visualisation side.
Key Requirements
- Role Location: 100% remote but must be based within the UK
- Company Culture: A lovely, down-to-earth, and friendly group with a positive and progressive ethos
- Role Overview:
- Build & maintain data pipelines using AWS services and Python
- Manipulate data from multiple sources (including GA4) into clean, workable data
- Use AWS services such as S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon Athena, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and BigQuery
- Utilise Amazon QuickSight for data visualisation
- Proficient with LLM / AI services for daily work

Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: Demonstrable experience (2-3 years +) as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer / Data Developer, working intensively with AWS and related services
- End to End Capability: Including reporting / visualisation; Amazon QuickSight is used here
- Technical Skills:
- Solid Python & SQL skills
- Proficiency with LLM / AI services
- Bonus: Google BigQuery and GA4 experience
- Communication: Good and positive communication is essential due to the team setup
- Work Environment: Happy working 100% remotely
