This role will give exponential career growth as a Data and Analytics Business Development Manager, building strategic partnerships, accelerating revenue, shaping solutions, and leading transformation across manufacturing industries in UK
The Role Manufacturing Data & Analytics Lead in UK Your responsibilities: Serve as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders and technical teams. Drive business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities to sell data analytics services to Chief Data Officers and other key decision-makers. Develop and present compelling presentations to senior customer executives and stakeholders. Work with customer to drive workshops and create data analytics charters and business cases Demand Creation: Work with customers to generate data analytics project opportunities Customer Advisory: Lead Data & Analytics Assessment, Strategy and Roadmap engagements and drive customer workshops for analytics use cases PreSales Leadership: Own stages of the presales cycle, RFI, RFP, and contribute to the development of solutions for presales Business Process Consulting: Organize and facilitate meetings for data gathering and data analysis based on understanding processes and outcomes related to business questions. Business Systems Analysis: Interview clients and conduct research to gain an understanding of current systems and structures. Technology Application: Determine functionality, design, and requirements for solutions that create value for clients technology preferences.

Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within data analytics. Extensive experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks) and Lakehouse architecture. Demonstrated ability to connect with customer business stakeholders to articulate business problem and approach for data analytics solutions Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level audiences. Experience in the manufacturing industry. Able to work with various levels of business organization to coordinate between stakeholders on Pre-sales activities Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required to guide use case development Experience in manufacturing Industry; Provide functional expertise to projects Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities. Strong ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
