Data Analytics Manager

Data Analytics Manager/Architect – Financial Services

FT • £90k–£100k + 15% bonus • London (hybrid)

Working with a leading Financial Services provider in their migration to GCP, we’re looking for a technical data leader to drive enterprise-wide data solutions and transformation.

You’ll be an experienced, hands-on data expert with a solid background in data engineering, analytics, BI, and migration, now ready to take a senior leadership role—owning direction and strategy for the data function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and architect enterprise-wide data solutions during migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Design and deliver ETL processes, ensuring seamless transition and scalability
  • Oversee data warehousing and BigQuery implementations
  • Set and enforce data standards, governance, and enterprise data management best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with broader business objectives

Essential Requirements

  • Strong expertise in:
    • Business Intelligence (BI)
    • Data warehousing
    • Enterprise data management
  • Advanced proficiency in ETL tools, SQL, and data architecture design
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery, including migration challenges
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication and project management skills
  • Hands-on leadership—you thrive at the intersection of technical execution and long-term strategy
