The Role
We are currently hiring for a Data and Analytics Manager (Development) in our UK business to lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise data solutions. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on delivery and business collaboration, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting transformation across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading data strategy delivery: Drive the development and execution of enterprise analytics solutions aligned to business priorities, enabling insight-led decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Designing advanced analytics solutions: Lead the design and deployment of data models, dashboards and analytics tools to uncover insights, predict trends, and support strategic outcomes.
- Collaborating across the business: Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial and IT teams to embed analytics into core processes and enhance business performance.
- Leading and developing teams: Manage and coach a hybrid team of data specialists and engineers, driving delivery excellence, capability growth and resource planning.
- Driving technical excellence & governance: Oversee data architecture, pipelines, code quality and best practices, ensuring robust, scalable and compliant analytics solutions.

What We’re Looking For
- Data & analytics expertise: Strong background in data management, business intelligence and analytics solution delivery across enterprise environments.
- Technical capability: Proven experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL and BI tools such as SSIS, SSRS, Tableau and Python.
- Stakeholder engagement: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and influence stakeholders.
- Leadership & delivery focus: Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities with a strong focus on delivery, quality and continuous improvement.
- Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
