Data & Analytics Sales Hunter

We are hiring a Data & Analytics Sales Hunter with 10 years of relevant experience who can create and close data-driven deals by leading with business outcomes powered by data. This role is focused on net-new logo acquisition and new revenue generation for data, analytics, and AI-led transformation engagements.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hunter, not a relationship farmer, with a strong understanding of data platforms, analytics use cases, and value-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

New Logo & Pipeline Creation

  • Own net-new client acquisition for Data & Analytics services across UK / Europe.
  • Proactively build pipeline through industry-led use cases, analytics value propositions, and consultative discovery.
  • Engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CDAO, Head of Analytics, Marketing, Operations).

Data-Led & Data-Driven Selling (Mandatory)

  • Lead sales conversations using data maturity, analytics ROI, and business impact.
  • Position data as a revenue, efficiency, and decision-enablement lever, not just technology.
  • Shape data-driven deals across:
    • Data Engineering & Modern Data Platforms
    • BI, Insights & Advanced Analytics
    • AI/ML & Predictive Analytics
    • Customer & Marketing Analytics
    • Data Governance & Quality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
