Data and Analytics Manager - 6month FTC

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our data and Innovation strategy across the Group. This is a senior-level, strategic position responsible for understanding complex requirements, defining roadmaps, ensuring data integrity, managing day to day service and driving the delivery of high-value analytics solutions.

You will act as the voice of data across the business—aligning stakeholders, architects, and development teams around a shared vision of excellence. From delivering robust data products, to overseeing data quality and driving adoption, you will be instrumental in leading change and driving the adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute a forward-thinking data and analytics vision that supports our business strategy.
  • Map current and future data capabilities and systems to identify integration opportunities and gaps.
  • Translate business needs into a robust, prioritised backlog of deliverables and guide development teams through agile delivery cycles.
  • Act as a key contact for Data and Analytics, representing best practices and ensuring data standards are met.
  • Design and implement interventions (communications, training, incentives) to embed new behaviours and data-driven practices.
  • Measure and report on Data and Analytics project performance and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
