Contract: Permanent

Work pattern: Monday - Friday

Location: Agile home-based worker with travel requirement to Wheatley offices

About The Role

We are looking for a talented Data and Information Analyst to join our Data and Information Team and play a key role in delivering high-quality business intelligence, performance reporting and data-driven insights across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data professional who is passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful intelligence that supports strategic decision-making, service improvement and organisational performance.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly influence business outcomes and help deliver better services for our customers and communities.

You'll Have

  • strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills;
  • expertise in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau;
  • experience working with large and complex datasets, using analytical tools such as Python, R, Stata or SAS;
  • experience with, or an interest in developing skills in, Microsoft Fabric and Data Engineering;
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences;
  • strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills;
  • a customer-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; and
  • a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

You'll also be collaborative, innovative and driven to deliver excellent outcomes, while building strong relationships and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.

Knowledge of the housing or care sectors, and relevant data or analytical qualifications, would be advantageous.
