The Role
Erskine Stewart Melville are currently recruiting for an Data and Reporting Analyst to join the ICT Team on a permanent basis as soon as possible (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). The role is full-time, working 36.25 hours per week.
The salary range for the role is £34,023 to £37,690 per annum, dependant on skills and experience.
The role is based across the Queensferry Road and Ravelston sites.
Duties
The purpose of the role is to support the school's data systems and reporting processes as well as developing and maintaining reporting tools. The role will include duties such as:
- Supporting collection, storage and management of data
- Analysing data to identify trends, patterns and insights
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, reporting tools and data models.
The successful candidate must have experience of working will large and complex data sets and in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards. The successful candidate should hold a degree in a related field and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with cloud-based data platform, familiarity with DPIAs and a relevant qualification in Power BI, SQL or Data Analytics is desirable, but not essential.
