The Role

We're looking for committed, detail-oriented, and linguistically sharp Spanish-speaking individuals to join our growing team in Data Annotation. You'll work on-site (Monday to Friday) at our Manchester office to maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality.

As an AI Data Annotator, you will:

  • Create, review, and refine high-quality Spanish speech and text datasets for training and evaluating cutting-edge AI models.
  • Correct and assess machine-generated outputs, helping improve the performance of ASR, TTS, LLM, and other language technologies.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and peer reviews, ensuring annotation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
  • Identify and escalate data quality issues, edge cases, and annotation ambiguities, contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Work closely with Data Scientists and within Data Operations to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable datasets for global AI initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish language skills are essential, with excellent written and spoken Spanish.
  • Exceptional attention to detail - you can spot inconsistencies and anomalies in text and audio.
  • Experience with audio transcription, annotation, or similar tasks is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently with in-house data labelling tools and meet deadlines/KPIs.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and long periods of focused work.
  • Strong linguistic or cultural knowledge, and passionate about AI, language, and the role data plays in model development.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Manchester 5 days a week.
