Are you passionate about developing innovative applications, harnessing the power of data, and driving business improvement through technology?
We're looking for a Data & Application Developer to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting business-critical applications, reporting solutions, and data platforms that support operational performance and strategic decision-making. Working across software development, business intelligence, automation, and data, you'll help deliver innovative Microsoft-based solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing, developing, and supporting applications using C# and .NET
- Creating insightful Power BI dashboards and management reporting
- Building APIs and integrating business-critical systems
- Developing SQL databases, reports, and data models
- Automating manual processes using Microsoft technologies
- Working closely with operational and business stakeholders to solve real-world challenges
- Supporting Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement through technology

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Commercial experience with C#,.NET, SQL Server, and Power BI
- Experience building and supporting production applications
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, APIs, and Agile methodologies
Desirable
- Microsoft Fabric
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Functions
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- SSRS / SSIS
- AI and Machine Learning exposure
