We at Coforge are hiring for Snowflake Architect with the following skills:
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience with Snowflake architecture and enterprise data platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- DBT (Cloud/Core)
- Data ingestion tools such as Fivetran, HVR, or similar platforms
- Advanced SQL and data modeling techniques
- Experience designing, building, and managing cloud-native data platforms on AWS and/or Azure.
- Strong understanding of modern data warehousing methodologies, including:
- Data Vault
- Kimball
- Lakehouse architectures

Leadership & Delivery
- Proven experience leading Data Engineering teams and delivering large-scale data platform initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, finance, and technology teams.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Domain Experience

- Experience working within Financial Services and/or Insurance data environments is preferred.
- Understanding of financial data models and reporting structures, including:
- Profit & Loss (P&L)
- Regulatory reporting datasets
- Enterprise reporting and analytics

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
