Data Architect
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid (London)
Rate: £475 – £500 per day DOE
Status: OUTSIDE IR35
Clearance: Eligible for SC Clearance
Start Date: ASAP
Summary
My market leading client are looking to secure the services of a contract-based Data Architect to assist with critical project work centralised around public sector services. Suitable consultants will need to be both eligible for SC Clearance and have strong previous experience working with GDS.
Essential Skills
- Senior Data Architect with enterprise data architecture and governance expertise.
- Experience delivering AI/GenAI and AI governance initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI data risks, including privacy, security, lineage, bias, quality and compliance.
- Proven ability to review and evolve architecture principles, governance frameworks and standards.
- Skilled in aligning data and AI governance with enterprise architecture strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across Data, Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance and Architecture functions.
- Experience translating principles into practical controls, policies and governance processes.
- Knowledge of AI governance and assurance frameworks, including DAMA, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, ISO 27001 and GDPR/UK GDPR.
- Ability to assess existing controls and recommend enhancements to support Responsible AI outcomes.
- Excellent facilitation, consensus-building and communication skills.
