Data Architect (Business Systems)

hackajob is collaborating with System C to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.

Description

At System C, data underpins how we support health and care organisations to deliver better outcomes. We are looking for a Data Architect (Business Systems) to join our team in a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape how data is managed across business systems and establish best practices as the function evolves.

You will be a key point of contact for data across systems such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Percursive and Jira. Helping to ensure data is accurate, connected and delivering real value to the business.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of data governance, data flows and integration between systems, while working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, HR & Services.

You’ll play an important role in bringing data together from different sources, improving its quality and helping create a clear, trusted ‘source of truth’ across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
