With proven experience in secure, high-stakes environments, our team develops and delivers next-generation AI and GenAI solutions to help clients advance their digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
As part of a high-impact team, you’ll:
- Work with public sector and adjacent clients, supporting their UK sovereign transformation missions
- Engage in strategy, solution, and delivery, using secure, bespoke methodologies to research, test, and deploy architectures at scale
- Educate stakeholders on cloud, data, and AI value propositions for business transformation
- Mentor and coach managers and consultants, fostering technical and leadership growth
As an AI & Data Architecture Senior Manager, you will:
- Align business objectives with scalable, secure cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Drive innovation across data, AI, security, and multi-cloud strategies to enable digital transformation
- Design and optimise AI/ML architectures, utilising reference technologies, patterns, and best practices
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to refine and implement architectures, supporting delivery from inception to production
- Provide technical leadership, shaping technology strategy, solution design, and supporting architects and engineers
- Collaborate with the STS Data & AI community to establish standards, templates, and best practices for emerging technologies
- Mentor team members, building technical capability and leadership
- Engage senior stakeholders, presenting cloud strategies and architectures to executive boards and governance forums
Key Priorities & Skills
Your core focus will be on AI, though experience across multiple domains is valued:
Core Technical Skills & Experience
- AI/ML architecture (patterns, best practices, platform technologies)
- Designing AI/ML-driven solutions and data lifecycle management
- Cloud infrastructure (networking, security, monitoring, scaling)
- Data solution design (cloud-native services for data processing, storage)
- Microservices architecture and serverless computing
- Programming languages (Java, Scala, Python) for hands-on data architecture tasks
- Architecture-as-code (e.g., linkml, Turtle, OWL)
- Experience with both open-source and vendor data platforms
- Handling structured and unstructured data
