About the Role and Team
We’re seeking a Data Architecture Manager/Associate Manager to join Accenture’s Data & AI practice, where we design scalable, business-critical data solutions—from strategy and governance to cloud-enabled engineering.
Our Mission
Our mission is to:
- Define and own data architecture vision for clients
- Provide architecture enablers for AI and data innovations
- Design modern data platforms and accelerate cloud migration
- Help clients scale AI for digital transformation

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Architecture Manager, you’ll:
- Collaborate with client teams to design and implement scalable data solutions using modern technologies.
- Advise on AI strategy, identifying business-critical use cases and objectives.
- Analyze client architecture to uncover gaps and inefficiencies, working closely with senior team members.
- Co-shape roadmaps and contribute recommendations for process improvements, supported by mentorship.
- Participate in client workshops, preparing documentation, and facilitating follow-up actions.
- Gather client requirements to ensure projects align with their expectations.
- Share ideas on engineering design, data architecture, and AI strategy while learning best practices.
- Mentor and collaborate with senior colleagues to expand your expertise.
Key Requirements:
Technical & Experiential:
- Experience in AI-enabled data architecture design, implementation, and scaling.
- Cloud proficiency (AWS, GCP, Azure credentials preferred) in commercial environments.
- Competency in AI / Agentic AI concepts and applications.
- Background in software development, engineering, or technical business analysis, transitioning to architecture.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Data modelling
- Pipeline design
- Data quality and governance
- Tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, etc.
- Hands-on experience in client-facing projects, with a track record of delivering on deadlines.
