Data Business Analyst – Investment Management - Contract - Hybrid
My client, a leading investment management firm, is looking to hire a contract Business Analyst to support a strategic Client Reporting transformation programme. This role will focus on the migration of client reporting datasets to Kurtosys, supporting the delivery of factsheets, QIRs and MIRs.
Working within a cross-functional delivery squad, you'll play a key role in data analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and end-to-end delivery across the full software development lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with strong investment management and data delivery experience to join a high-profile change programme.

- Analyse, source, model and transform data required for client reporting outputs, including factsheets, QIRs and MIRs.
- Capture and document business requirements, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
- Support solution design and help define the target operating model.
- Work collaboratively with developers, project managers and vendor teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support UAT, parallel runs, defect resolution and post go-live hypercare.
- Ensure high-quality data delivery to support the migration to Kurtosys.
Essential skills required by the Data Business Analyst:
- Proven Business Analyst experience within Asset Management or Investment Management.
- Strong data analysis, data sourcing, data modelling and data transformation experience.
- Experience working across the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, UAT and implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering client reporting, reporting data or data migration projects.
- A structured, analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Desirable:
- Experience with Kurtosys or other client reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of retail disclosures, CCI or similar regulatory reporting requirements.
