Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote Data Center Recruiter role based in Nantes, supporting hiring needs across Lisbon, the UK, Ireland, and Italy. The Data Center Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for data center and critical infrastructure roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
The role involves:
- Building talent pipelines
- Engaging with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensuring a high-quality, timely hiring process for technical and operational data center positions
The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand role requirements, market conditions, and workforce planning needs. This position requires direct experience with data centers or critical infrastructure environments to effectively assess candidate suitability and technical fit.

Qualifications

- Proven experience recruiting for data center or critical infrastructure roles, with a strong understanding of technical and operational requirements.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation for technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with hiring managers, operational leaders, and clients across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., Portuguese, Italian, French) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and data-driven hiring practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Nantes and coordinate recruitment activities across Lisbon, the UK, Ireland, and Italy.
- Background in HR, recruitment, or a related field; a relevant degree or professional certification in HR, talent acquisition, or business is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of European employment practices and compliance considerations is a plus.
