Role Overview
To support TikTok's rapid growth and manage massive platform content, the infrastructure team is building hyper-scale data centers globally that host hundreds of thousands of servers. This role is responsible for end-to-end procurement across data center construction, delivery, and operations—including Fit-out, Cabling, and service contracts, to enable high-standard delivery and operational excellence in EMEA. You will partner with Strategy, Engineering, Operations, Capacity Planning, and Global Supply Chain teams to develop impactful procurement solutions that drive strategic business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, engage and onboard qualified suppliers, and drive the end-to-end procurement process—including sourcing, negotiation, contract execution, milestone monitoring, and supplier performance management.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the data center ecosystem to engage and contract with major providers and solution vendors across the region.
- Deliver comprehensive procurement solutions and practices, including portfolio management, total cost analysis, risk assessment, and overall procurement governance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build constructive, sustainable partnerships with key business stakeholders and develop category intelligence to stay ahead of market and technology trends.
- Manage supplier portfolios and develop long-term procurement strategies aligned with business growth and infrastructure demands.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, construction, or data center operations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement cycles, including supplier engagement, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct cost analysis and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with demonstrated experience interpreting business needs and collaborating across functions.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with a track record of leading complex initiatives to successful and timely completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- In-depth knowledge of data center solutions, including construction, Fit-out, cabling, and related infrastructure services.
- Familiarity with the EMEA data center market and regional supplier landscape.
