Our global records management business provides secure storage and information management services. We specialise in protecting and managing the vital records, documents, and digital assets of organisations across the UK and worldwide. Our extensive warehouse operations are crucial to this, involving the:

  • Secure physical storage
  • Inventory management
  • Retrieval of critical information

Ensuring compliance and accessibility for our diverse client base.


Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and retrieval of records within our warehouse environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records management processes while maintaining a safe and organised workspace.

Your role in our mission includes:

  • Accurately receiving, processing, and storing incoming records and materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Retrieving and preparing records at height in high racking systems, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Assisting in maintaining an organised and clean warehouse environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to optimise operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their records management needs.

Valued Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience in warehouse operations or records management is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Warehouse management software
    • Ability to use handheld scanners
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A commitment to safety and compliance standards.
