We're recruiting for a Data Centre Engineering Supervisor to join one of the UK's leading Facilities Management providers on a prestigious Data Centre contract in Northolt. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional looking to step into a leadership role within one of the UK's fastest-growing sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance.
- Manage critical electrical and mechanical building services.
- Act as the site's HV Authorised Person.
- Ensure compliance with statutory maintenance and safe systems of work.
- Coordinate specialist contractors.
- Manage permits, RAMS and switching activities.
- Support client reporting and KPI delivery.
- Drive engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Previous supervisory or Lead Engineer experience.
- Strong electrical building services background.
- Experience within a critical environment (Data Centre, Banking, Hospital, Pharmaceutical etc.).
- Knowledge of UPS, generators, BMS, HVAC and LV/HV distribution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
