We are an IT Consultancy and Social Enterprise dedicated to addressing employment inequalities for neurodivergent adults, particularly autistic practitioners. Our mission is to provide long-term, career-focussed opportunities for autistic adults, who deliver professional, high-quality IT and Data Consultancy services to our clients. We don't advertise fixed roles but instead recruit new Consultants based on project demands from our clients. To be considered:

What to Expect as an Auticon Consultant
- Become a permanent employee of auticon while primarily working client-side as part of their IT/data team.
- Engage in interesting projects at Fortune 500 companies (or government agencies) making advanced use of:
- Data analysis & visualisation
- Data engineering & cybersecurity
- Machine learning & AI
- Maintain employment benefits as an auticon employee even when between projects.

What We Offer
Core Benefits

Salary:
- £29,000 – £32,000 for Consultants with lower experience levels.
- £32,000 – £40,000 for those with advanced experience or PhD-level skills.

Contract:
- Permanent, providing ongoing support through a dedicated autism-tailored Coach for emotional and professional development.

Leave:
- 25 days plus bank holidays.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria
(You must meet ALL to be considered for hiring potential later):
- Legal documentation confirming an autism diagnosis (or undergoing it) OR relevant medical/career emancipation guidance if applicable.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Field-based commuting: Frequent travel to Central London (e.g. 2–3 times/week). Assessment of "reasonable journey time" capped at ≤1.5 hours最大匀速阈值, considering sensory/emotional context.
- Python Proficiency: Demonstrate practical experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, etc. via:
- Formal certification (e.g. Python Certified Associate Program (PCAP)).
- Relevant professional experience.
- Academic engagement via exams or coursework projects.

- Technical Experience:
- Work with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience processing large datasets accurately.
- Show genuine interest or training path in Artificial Intelligence.
Desirable Attributes
(Enhance your candidacy but optional to apply)
- Cloud expertise via certification: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Cybersecurity skills/certification (e.g. CompTIA).
- Work/Practical experience that maps back to skills (e.g. postgraduate or PhD if applicable).
- Security clearance status or the willingness to pursue (e.g. UK Security Vetting at SC/DV level), relating to managing classified information for public sector clients.
- Requires: 5 years minimal UK residency.
- Extra resources: See Cabinet Office – DV/SC Vetting.
