Data Consultant

Our client is implementing Wrike as its new global operational platform. Before we can migrate into Wrike, we need to ensure our people data is accurate, consistent and standardised across our existing systems, including Bamboo HR, Active Directory, Maconomy and Xytech.
This is a critical workstream that will prepare clean, validated data for migration and establish simple processes to maintain data quality throughout the implementation.
The Role
You'll lead the people data readiness workstream, coordinating the collection, validation and reconciliation of data across 14 global locations.

Working closely with HR, Finance, IT and Operations, you'll identify data quality issues, drive resolution with stakeholders, and produce a migration-ready dataset for the Wrike implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate people data from multiple business systems.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates and missing information.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across 14 global locations to validate and correct data.
- Define the agreed source of truth for key people data.
- Prepare clean, migration-ready datasets for Wrike.
- Help establish simple processes to maintain data quality during and after implementation.

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management.
You'll be highly organised, comfortable working with large datasets, confident engaging senior stakeholders, and experienced in supporting system implementations or data migration projects.
Advanced Excel skills and a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach are essential.
