What you’ll be doing
As a Data Conversion Analyst, you will be at the heart of one of Reapit’s greatest strengths: delivering seamless, accurate, and efficient data migrations. We are passionate about helping customers get the best possible start on the Reapit platform, combining cutting-edge tools, technical excellence and a customer-first approach. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure every migration is delivered to the highest standard.
- Analyse, transform and migrate client data from multiple third-party CRM and property software platforms into Reapit.
- Design, develop and maintain data conversion and migration processes using SQL, MySQL, Python.
- Build and optimise ETL/ELT workflows to support efficient, repeatable, scalable data migrations.
- Validate, cleanse, reconcile and enrich data to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues and migration challenges.
- Optimise database queries and scripts, demonstrating a strong understanding of query efficiency and performance tuning.
- Work directly with project managers and clients to understand migration requirements and timelines. Ensure delivery to scope, whilst identifying risk of scope creep.
- Manage large and complex datasets for enterprise customers while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Produce migration documentation, data mapping specifications and validation reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance migration tooling, automation and processes.

Who we're looking for
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, stored procedures and query optimisation.
- Experience with MySQL and relational database design principles.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, transformation, validation and automation.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies and data integration best practices.
- Experience working with large datasets and data migration projects.
- Ability to analyse source system structures and map data effectively into target systems.
- Knowledge of data quality, data governance and validation techniques.
- Understanding of indexing, execution plans and database performance tuning.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working within SaaS environments.
- Exposure to property technology, CRM systems, or real estate software platforms.
- Exposure to fintech or accounting platforms.
- Harnessing AI in practice for Data Migration.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Data Conversion Analyst, Data Migration Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end data migration projects.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale clients and complex business requirements.
