Systems & Data Coordinator
Circa £33k
Location: London (Hybrid)

Your New Role
As the Systems & Data Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day management of business systems, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain data integrity, and produce insightful reports that support operational and strategic decision-making. You'll analyse and manipulate data from multiple sources, manage surveys, monitor system performance, document business processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, you'll also provide training and guidance to help maximise the effective use of systems and data.

Ensuring Your Success
To thrive in this role, you'll have experience working with data, business systems, or analytics, supported by strong Excel skills and the ability to manipulate, cleanse, and interpret data from multiple sources. You'll be an organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience working with reporting tools, databases, or business systems is essential, while knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or survey platforms would be advantageous. Most importantly, you'll bring a proactive mindset, enjoy improving processes, solving problems, and delivering high-quality, accurate work within a collaborative environment.
