We are currently seeking a fantastic Data Coordinator to join us at our site in Derby.
About the Role
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Data Coordinator you will work alongside the customer facing team to be the voice of Incora providing first-class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed within our organisation.
Your role will be to provide support to the wider team through orderbook management and mitigation activities to help manage, reduce and prevent risk. You will do this through effective internal stakeholder management, liaising with several internal departments to escalate shortages and ensure the on time delivery of product to the customer.
This entry level role is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop a career within an evolving organisation with excellent training provided to help you understand stock levels, shipments and order allocations.
Once fully trained, development opportunities will allow you work in more detail with ERP systems, Excel and data reporting.
About You
You will be customer focused by nature, with an ability to communicate professionally and effectively in written form.
You will possess a positive, can do attitude with a readiness to work in a global, fast paced, dynamic working environment.
You will have excellent attention to detail and have gained some data entry experience in a previous role.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity. Ideally you will be familiar with Pivot Tables and vLookups although future development opportunities will be provided in this area.

- Starting salary between £25,500 and £27,500 dependent on experience.
