Data Coordinator – Clinical Data Management (Stirling Office)
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Data Coordinator to join our Data Management team in Stirling. This role will work within a collaborative team to support critical projects that drive the company’s success.
By analysing clinical study data, successful candidates will ensure the integrity and accuracy of reported findings—playing a pivotal role in the success of our pharmaceutical and biotech research efforts.
At Medpace, Data Coordinators undergo comprehensive onboarding and training, equipping them with expertise in clinical data management. This is an exciting opportunity to build on prior experience while fostering long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives
- Validate an entry database design for clinical studies
- Compile and analyse data trends and project metrics
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and conflicts across studies
- Resolve data conflicts through collaboration with global research teams
- Consolidate and reconcile data from disparate sources
- Create, update, and maintain study documentation throughout projects

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Mathematics (preferably)
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical precision
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong oral and written English skills for clear documentation and stakeholder communication
- Training will be provided for entry-level candidates (i.e., no prior data management experience required)
