Hey π
I'm supporting a business currently going through a large-scale digital transformation, and they're looking for a Data Delivery Consultant to help deliver a number of data-focused workstreams within a wider Dynamics 365 programme.
This isn't a hands-on engineering role, but it is hands-on delivery. They're looking for someone who enjoys working closely with technical teams, understands Agile ways of working, and is happy getting into the detail to make sure delivery stays on track.
The role sits at the centre of three core data workstreams:
- Data Platform β implementing a modern cloud-based data platform
- Data Migration β moving legacy data into new enterprise systems
- Reporting & BI β replacing spreadsheet-heavy reporting with a modern BI capability

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience using Azure DevOps to manage delivery and track progress will be a real advantage.
What we're hoping to see:
- Experience delivering technical workstreams on data or technology transformation programmes
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 implementations
- Experience working alongside data migration, reporting, or data platform teams
- Strong Agile delivery experience with Azure DevOps
- Someone who's comfortable rolling their sleeves up and driving delivery rather than sitting above it
