The Role

This role sits within the Client Data & Analytics (CD&A) team, supporting the firm’s transition to an Enterprise Data Platform and next-generation reporting. You will focus on enabling high-quality data ingestion, supporting analysts with accurate and accessible data, and developing reporting solutions using Power BI.

You’ll play a key role in building scalable data solutions, automating client reporting processes, and ensuring the team has the tools, visibility, and technical capability to deliver high-quality insight to clients.

The Team

The CD&A team is primarily based in Manchester and supports Casualty service lines, with growing reach across the UK and globally. The team’s focus is on delivering value through client data, enabling insight, improving operational reporting, and supporting the firm’s broader data and analytics strategy.

Responsibilities

Data Management & Quality

  • Maintain and develop the ingestion and modelling of CMS data within the CD&A environment
  • Proactively validate data against front-end systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Identify, triage, and resolve data issues, carrying out root cause analysis where required

Data Pipeline & Technical Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical teams to maintain and enhance end-to-end data pipelines, from data capture through to client reporting
  • Contribute to the ongoing optimisation of data architecture and processes

Reporting & Visualisation

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports to meet internal and business requirements
  • Review and provide sign-off on technical solutions delivered within the Power BI service

Stakeholder Support & Solution Design

  • Translate business and client requirements into effective, data-driven solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CD&A data and its sources

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
