ROLE TITLE: Junior Maximo Data Expert EP
LOCATION: Remote / London
CLEARANCE:
Must have 5 years continuous UK residency. The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.
We are actively looking to secure a Junior Maximo Data Expert EP to join Experis.

Job Purpose/The Role:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining DataStage pipelines, using your expertise in data integration and manipulation to transform data from the source into the IBM MAS target model. This role supports a confidential MOD project and requires strong technical delivery, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain DataStage pipelines to support the MOD project.
- Apply MOSAIC or IBM 10-step Data Migration Methodologies, or equivalent, to ensure efficient data migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Use DataStage, XML, XSLT, and Jira for project delivery, transformation, and issue tracking.
- Test solutions and run jobs to ensure successful implementation and stable performance.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Skills:
- Proven experience in DataStage Designer.
- Familiarity with MOSAIC, IBM 10-step Data Migration Methodologies, or equivalent data migration methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in XML and XSLT for data transformation tasks.
- Proficient use of Jira for project management and issue tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to test solutions and run jobs effectively.
