Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building relationships with clients and candidates. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates is required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines is crucial. Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices and a good understanding of employment laws and regulations will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and providing expert advice on market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Managing the candidate lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database.
- Preparing reports and participating in team meetings to strategize on talent acquisition initiatives.
