Data Engineer London | Hybrid Working 2-3 days on site | £45,000 - £53,000 + bonus + package
A leading consultancy operating within complex digital, cyber and data environments is looking to hire a number of Data Engineers to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2–4 years’ experience who is looking to further develop their data engineering career within large-scale enterprise and government-focused projects.
Role Overview You’ll work alongside architects, analysts and data scientists to build and maintain scalable data solutions. The role will focus on developing data pipelines, supporting cloud-based infrastructure and helping clients process and consume data more effectively.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines Develop scalable data engineering solutions using modern engineering best practices Work with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements Support data modelling, orchestration and data management activities Configure and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure Collaborate across multidisciplinary technical teams Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and challenges
Skills & Experience Required 2–4 years’ experience within Data Engineering or similar roles Strong SQL and Python skills Experience working with ETL pipelines and large datasets Understanding of cloud-based data platforms/infrastructure Knowledge of DataOps or software engineering best practices Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work within collaborative technical teams
