Job Description
From solution architecture point of view:
- Own and evolve enterprise observability platform (Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, OpenTelemetry) deployed across on-prem and GCP
- Drive platform scale-out strategy based on onboarding growth, data volumes, and regional expansion
- Lead rollout into new geographies (GCP/on-prem), ensuring consistency, resilience, and compliance
- Enable internal client onboarding and adoption, tailoring observability patterns to application and data requirements
- Translate client-specific needs into standardised yet flexible observability architectures
- Define and enforce multi-tenant architecture, isolation, RBAC, and governance models
- Establish reusable onboarding frameworks, templates, and automation for tenant provisioning
- Drive application and data observability adoption (instrumentation patterns, OTEL standards, pipeline observability)
- Work closely with platform, and engineering teams to ensure scalable ingestion, storage, and query performance
- Optimise platform for cost, performance, and operational efficiency as adoption increases
- Act as a hands-on architect – capable of troubleshooting, tuning pipelines, and extending platform capabilities
- Create and maintain standard architecture designs, reference implementations, and client-facing service documentation
- Provide technical leadership and advisory across onboarding, architecture reviews, and observability maturity journeys
- Ensure global consistency with local flexibility across regions, platforms, and business units
- Distilling AI driven Roadmap and architecture
- Business and commercial acumen to showcase ROI of the solution.
