About Lumora Analytics

Lumora Analytics helps pharmaceutical organisations modernise the way they work through enterprise data platforms, business intelligence and intelligent automation.

We design and build scalable automated data solutions that replace manual reporting with decision-ready systems, enabling commercial teams to spend less time searching for information and more time making better decisions.

We’re a growing consultancy with ambitious plans, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of pharmaceutical data and analytics.

The Role

This isn’t a traditional Data Engineer role.

You’ll be solving real commercial problems for pharmaceutical organisations by designing and building modern data platforms, developing reporting solutions and helping organisations transform how they use data.

One day you might be integrating multiple commercial datasets into a central data warehouse.

The next you could be building automated reporting pipelines, optimising Power BI semantic models or experimenting with the latest technologies to improve how organisations make decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
