WeDoData have partnered with a fantastic organisation who are committed to the training and professional development of school educators & leaders and is a national centre of excellence in its own right!

About the Role

My client has a number of ongoing research projects at the moment and require a full-time, permanent Senior Data Engineer to play an important role in building and maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports these projects and also the wider organisation.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll design, build, and maintain Azure-based data solutions that provide accurate and reliable data for reporting and decision-making. Using T-SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Azure SQL Server, you'll develop data pipelines that bring together information from multiple sources and ensure it is stored securely, organised effectively, and easy to access.

You'll also maintain Azure SQL databases, improve data quality, and help ensure data is available when it's needed. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll play an important role in delivering reliable data solutions that support both day-to-day operations and future business needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
