About the Role
We are seeking a data engineering professional with 10–15 years of experience specialising in Quantexa Decision Intelligence Platform (DIP), big data ecosystems, and advanced analytics to shape A.I-driven decision-making solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop data solutions using the Quantexa Decision Intelligence Platform, improving organisational insights through advanced analytics
- Build scalable ETL pipelines using Apache Spark and PySpark for data ingestion, transformation, and processing
- Develop entity resolution, network analytics, and graph-based models to uncover hidden patterns
- Integrate structured and unstructured data sources for impactful business use cases
- Maintain high standards of data quality, validation, and governance
- Optimise performance of large-scale data workflows to meet operational needs
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver value
- Support development, testing, and production deployment in Agile sprint-based environments

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Mandatory:
- Hands-on app experience with Quantexa platform/Decision Intelligence
- Strong proficiency in Apache Spark/PySpark
- Fluent in Python/Scala for data engineering
- Experience in ETL, data engineering, and warehouse integration
- Knowledge of entity resolution, graph analytics, and link analysis
- Expertise working with large datasets (big data ecosystem: Hive/HDFS)

- Capable of dismantling complex business and data problems into actionable technical solutions
- Ability to work across scientific, engineering, and business teams seamlessly
