Are you an experienced BI Engineer or Data Engineer looking to work on cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies?
One of Synapri’s key customers are looking for a Data/BI Engineer to join a growing Data Engineering team at the heart of a Data Strategy transformation. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering modern data platforms and AI-powered solutions that help to improve productivity, customer experience and automation within the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across cloud infrastructure, data engineering and emerging AI technologies in a collaborative Agile environment.

Within this role you'll design, develop and maintain data solutions across a modern AWS ecosystem, building reliable data pipelines, developing integrations, optimise databases and help deploy AI solutions into production.
The successful candidate hired must have experience delivering AI solutions or previous in-depth POC experience.
- Rate: Inside IR35
- Location: Remote, UK
- Duration: 6 months initially with a view to extend
Skills required:
- Strong Python development skills
- Excellent SQL skills across platforms such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle
- AWS data services experience including S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena, Bash or API Gateway
- ETL pipeline development and data integration
- REST API development and integration
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation
- Agile delivery methodologies
- Previous experience deploying/developing or creating in-depth POCS for AI/ML Solutions
