Location: London, Soho – 2 days a week onsite Hourly Rate: £450–£500pd Contract Type: Outside IR35, 3-month term (potential for extension)
Our client, a renowned global advertising and creative agency (founded in the 1980s with offices in New York, Singapore, and Shanghai), is seeking a Data Engineer/Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. They have worked with major brands such as Audi, Google, and Heinz, offering a dynamic and creative working environment.
The Role
The ideal candidate will:
- Develop Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize the underlying Data Warehouse with robust data engineering skills.
- Contribute to a modern Azure-based data environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Engineer scalable, efficient data pipelines (Azure Cloud).
- Design, implement, and monitor data storage solutions (SQL, databases).
- Ensure data quality and real-time performance reporting.
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Azure platforms.
- Strong Power BI development and dashboard creation experience.
- Familiarity with data warehousing principles and ETL/ELT processes.

- Experience with Azure Data Fabric.

- Primarily Azure-based, with a cloud-first approach.
