Data Entry Assistant — New Opportunity
We’re supporting a partner company in finding a Data Entry Assistant to help ensure accurate data handling and well-organized records across internal systems.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable working with structured information on a daily basis.

- Entering and maintaining data across internal tools and databases
- Verifying information for accuracy and completeness
- Updating records and correcting inconsistencies when needed
- Organizing digital documents and files
- Supporting routine data checks and internal requests
- Following established procedures and data standards
What we’re looking for
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and online tools
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Clear written communication
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely
